Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment we would be grateful if you would give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we regret that we will have to charge a cancellation fee of £40.00 (for all appointments). Please note that this is without exception as availability for appointments at the clinic is limited and last minute cancellations or missed appointments limit the amount of clients we can treat.
